Ordering Policies

Thank you for choosing Senzational Bakery! We specialize in thoughtfully crafted desserts for corporate gifting, employee appreciation, events and meaningful celebrations.

Quotes and Order Confirmation

Submitting a quote request does not reserve a date or create an order.

A production date is reserved only after Senzational Bakery has:

• Confirmed availability;

• Approved the order details;

• Issued an invoice or written order confirmation; and

• Received the required retainer or full payment.

Quotes are valid for seven calendar days unless otherwise stated. Availability is not guaranteed after the quote expires.

Payment

A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve the production date. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Orders placed fewer than 14 days in advance may require full payment at booking.

Production will not begin until all required payments, quantities, flavors, designs, logos and other order details have been received.

Advance Notice

Please provide at least:

• Two weeks’ notice for standard corporate and event orders; and

• Three to four weeks’ notice for large orders, custom designs, edible logos or specialty packaging.

Short-notice orders may be accepted based on availability and may include a rush fee.

Order Changes

Requested changes must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

Flavor, quantity, packaging, design and delivery changes requested fewer than 14 days before fulfillment may not be accepted. Any approved changes must be paid in full before production.

Custom Designs

Senzational Bakery will use inspiration photos as creative guidance but cannot guarantee an exact reproduction. Colors, placement and handmade details may vary slightly.

Customers providing company logos, photographs or other designs confirm that they have permission to use those materials.

Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment in Riverside, California. The pickup address and instructions will be provided with the final order confirmation.

Customers should arrive during their confirmed pickup window. Please contact Senzational Bakery as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for its transportation, handling and storage.

Delivery

Limited local delivery may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. Delivery fees are based on distance, order size, setup requirements and scheduling.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address, delivery instructions and an available recipient. Additional fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Product Availability

All products are handmade. Ingredient, flavor, decoration and packaging availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable, Senzational Bakery will contact the customer to approve a comparable substitution.

Final Approval

Payment confirms that the customer has reviewed and approved the invoice, quantities, flavors, design details, pickup or delivery information and applicable bakery policies.
